Re-Entry Policy:

Re-entry is not permitted for ticketed events at Superior Ingredients, unless specified on a particular event page.

Coat / Bag Check:

Coat check is available on any night that expects to be cold enough to warrant extra clothes / coats. Bags can also be checked as separate items.

Forms of ID:

The following forms of identification are accepted as proof of age for entry: 

(a) A valid driver's license or state-, territory-, or province-issued ID card from the US or Canada;
(b) a valid passport;
(c) a valid military ID from the US;
(d) a temporary ID from the US Department of Motor Vehicles, along with the expired ID it is replacing or some other form of photo ID;
(e) a Global Entry card issued by the US.

Please note the following forms of Identification are not accepted as valid.

(a) NYC ID cards;
(b) photographs of identification;
(c) university or high school ID cards;
(d) identification in any language other than English (aside from passports). 

Lost & Found:

Lost something? All found items are taken to the venue's office for safe keeping. Please reach out to ops@74wythe.com with Lost & Found and the name of the event you were at in the subject, please also include a description of the item you lost in the email. We will let you know if your item was found and give you a time to pick it up at the Venue. 

Ticket Resale:

Superior Ingredients is not responsible for any issues that arise with third party ticket companies or Individual ticket resellers. 

Ticket Refund:

Ticket refunds for any event at Superior Ingredients are processed/issued by the company you originally purchased the ticket from.

For any inquiries regarding medical concerns or ADA related services please contact us at (Email TBD) up to 24 hours prior to arrival and a member from our team will contact you to discuss accommodations.

Age Restrictions:

All public events held at Superior Ingredients are 21+ unless noted in the event description.

Backpacks (large totes, large purses, duffle bags, Camelbaks, and any bag larger than 8.5” x 10” must be checked)

Umbrellas (must be checked)

Weapons of ANY kind
Illegal Substances
Outside food or beverages
Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
Pets
Glass or metal containers of any kind
Selfie sticks
Laser pointers
Professional camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
GoPros
Audio/video recording equipment (excluding mobile phones)
Drones or hover cameras
Totems, hula-hoops or poi

Folding chairs

Noise makers or horns

Streamers

Balloons

Signs

Beach balls

The venue management reserves the right to restrict any other items that could pose a safety hazard or restrict the enjoyment of another guest. Any prohibited items may be returned to a vehicle or disposed of properly, except where possession is prohibited by law. Management also reserves the right to inspect personal belongings of a suspicious nature.

If you are a DJ / Band as amazing as you likely are, all acts are booked by each event's promoters. Please send your demos / mixes to them.
